Spacious open-plan kitchen with adjacent living room and direct access from each room to the large inner courtyard/terrace. The inner courtyard with a very large terrace and additional outdoor shower offers you the best opportunities for undisturbed sunbathing. One bedroom with king-size beds and access to the inner courtyard/terrace; bathroom with toilet and shower.
Private area with a large Master bedroom with king-size bed and direct access to the private terrace, large bathroom and toilet. The terrace overlook the sea is partly roofed-over and hidden from view.

You have available washer, electric kitchen stove with oven & ceramic-glass cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, egg cooker, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils for house and kitchen.
The equipment consists of a modern TV set with a larger flat screen TV, new technology, web-enabled, USB - and headphone jack. The other features include high quality speakers, headphone jack and headphones. Mostly English and German channels can be received.
Beautiful bedrooms, high quality bed and nice bed linen. Equipped with large showers. We also provide bath towels and beach towels that are changed weekly on request.
High-speed Internet with fiber optic connection. Optimal reception in all rooms and on the terrace. For security reasons every house has its own WLAN connection with password protected for each house.
